"I had researched most other manufacturers for a similar cabinet, and none were able to provide a comparable unit, with five or six shallow drawers in the upper section. First, i want to give Grizzly a well done on the packaging of the cabinet. The heavy duty cardboard, in double thickness, the corner protectors, the cardboard pallet, and Styrofoam inserts all ensured outstanding thought and care to prevent shipping damage.
Secondly, after examining the cabinet, I am extremely pleased with the overall quality, smooth drawer operation, the stop detent preventing accidental drawer opening, heavier gauge metal construction compared to many competitors, excellent powder coat finish...in all a sturdy unit.
Installation of the casters was a snap with the threaded boss inserts. The sturdy, oversized handle is a great touch, and the protruding rim on the threaded boss inserts was a stroke of genius, and made locating the handle a snap. Also you need to be complimented on the thick gauge metal supplied in the tool tray and handle, as well as the correct hardware count...a rarity in today's market.
Finally, I want to comment on the competence, courtesy and desire to help the customer afforded by the Muncy, PA order desk. Please give them a well done and my appreciation for treating me like a valued customer!"
